EssentialPIM is superb software, and I am glad I bought a full license. Its worth every cent. Very useful and well behaved, and quick helpful support, though I havnt needed it for some time.

Essential PIM is a bug-ridden heap of junk. They obviously have no concept of quality control and release new versions without proper testing. Customer support is a very bad joke - almost non-existent. They ignore your requests then automatically mark the case as closed a week later. If I could give them zero stars I would. AVOID!

I had planned to use the EPIM cloud to connect 2 personal computers for appointment updates. I never was able to get it to work. For over a year, they have sent me monthly invoices for $1.99, have but allowed no way of contacting them. This is a SCAM from a non-US based company! Do not deal with

Amazing software. I use it as my main Personal Information Manager (Agenda, Contacts, Notes, To Do list, E-mail) on my PC and my Android phone. It synchronizes anyway you wish (cable, bluetooth, wifi, cloud). It Synchronises really well with Outlook if you need or any other phone app (EssentialEPIM app available as well). Great customer service with replies to any questions. I subscribed to the Pro version and think it was really really worth it (I even have the lifetime subscription). (Note: I used TrueSyncDesktop for 15 years but because the Calendar would no go after Dec 31, 2029, I had to change... I'm glad I did find EssentialEPIM as I preferred another software than the main leading bulky software that costs an arm and a leg...)
