Was with Hospitable for about 9 months. Some ups and downs in that time, but outside of some 3-4 occasions where guests were unable to unlock our SmartLocks late at night, it was ok I guess?Real issue came when I discovered that my bank was charging an international processing fee" for the subscription as Hospitable's accounts are based in Estonia

We should have written this review long ago. The problem of excellent software and apps is that they simply work once set up and then they make our life so much easier and simple that we almost forget about them. Smartbnb is just such a tool that have made our hosting communications so much easier and, without a doubt, has been an important asset to our consistent 5 star reviews for our accommodation. We thought we couldn't be more satisfied until this COVID 19 outbreak that made us and so many other accommodation owners loose our entire business. It is in times like these little gestures from our business partners are so much appreciated and Smartbnb waived our monthly fee for the time being until we are all over this hill. Together! It is times like these where true companies shine even beyond their excellent product! 100% recommended, 5 stars all the way!

They provide an excellent service for those renting spaces. They provide a great messaging app with the ability to customize automated messages. Recently they have added the ability to sync rates with your properties. I am impressed by their ability to add new features that are valuable to the hosts they serve.
