Bad experience with handling speeding tickets.First of all the car was supposed to have working navigation, it worked at first and then stopped and eventually ended up turning off. I could have contacted the office, but I was 2 hours away from them. Just make sure your navigations actually work.The main problem is the speeding tickets. We got three of them and SIXT have sent me an invoice for HANDLING FINES, they charged me $60. I figured ok, they will make sure everything is done properly and send me a bill to pay. The first day of renting they told me that I would get all tickets bills to my mail address in USA. I didn't get anything and it's been almost a month! Here I am waiting for the bill and NOTHING comes from their side, they also told me Estonian police would contact me. Estonian police sent me an email that went to spam; attachments in the email don't open, my country doesn't support the format they use. I have no way to pay tickets and whatever HANDLING they did is literally NOTHING. Why did they charge me for handling fines, but didn't assist me? I still haven't paid them, because I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO PAY.

Fuyez sixt!!!!!Vraiment ce sont des C..s!!!!!J'ai loué une voiture début Avril pour 1 semaine.En la rendant pas de problème apparemment tout était en ordre.1mois et demi plus tard il me facture 660euros sans mail, message pour un dysfonctionnement moteur!!!!N'importe quoi!!!!Je n'ai aucun recours là...Fuyez!!!!!!!Aucun mail reçu vous êtes des menteurs!Vous avez simplement prélevé l'argent sans préavis!

Great Cars, great service and really helpful staff. Wasn't a big fan of rental car companies but this experience changed my mind. One of the best SIXT stations I have been so far. Highly recommended.

I have rented a car for a 30 days period with 3000 kilometers included, but they gave me the car which is always reminding me that I need to go to service-check after less than 3000 kilometers. So i have to use my rented car with care and fear that it will break down on one of the perfect rental days. I believe that the responsible employees of the company absolutely do not care or monitor the conditions of the cars and the services provided. I have rented cars from you many times, please don't turn into the worst car rental service. By the way, I booked another car with you for a long time period from 10/30/2021 to 11/30/2021, I hope my impressions will not finally ruin about your company and services you provide. Great service, friendly staff, easy process and reasonably priced.Return policy is a bit confusing as you have to walk all the way back to the airport location to drop off the keys after closing hours. Different from the other Sixt locations with drop-boxes at parking lots

Great service, good communication.I was positively surprised that after booking a car with a manual transmission, I received with automatic at the same price.A good way for leaving the car/keys/papers before an early flight.

All good except a mark on passenger mirror where someone has hit something hope they don't think it was me and charge for it. Fuel gauge didn't work properly and sat nav needed updating other than that all was good
