I was impressed with the time they took to make sure am ok

I'm literally so shocked. Paying these amounts of money applying for a visa and can't even book a time slot for biometrics. How is it even possible that visa centre is opened only 4 days a months (in September). Still no dates for October but am I even guaranteed a time slot in October??No phone number or whatsoever for feedback or help. When will be free time slots available? Do I really have to wait 2+ months to do only a photo and fingerprints?

Horrendous experience.My appointment was cancelled due to apparent internet connectivity issues. That obviously screwed my travelling plans but on top of that I have dropped them numerous mails to refund appointment fee to no avail.

Dear Sir,I will like to know the status of my application as it is now more than the 15 working days processing time.I have an upcoming trip to Nigeria which I have already purchased my trip ticket for November 6, 2021.Thanking you in anticipation.

Horrendous experience....this mean BELOW negative!!! You have provided official information on your page that you are open from the 21st of September!!! Why there are no dates posted for the next 3 months and even further with any kind of services available at all!!! I have purchased Priority services, this is 356.00 euros to find out that there are no time slots posted!Keep on checking you say...how can you be an oficcial representative of UK government if you keep on telling lies! I need an answer, when are you going to post new dates? Are you offering out of the hours services/additional hours? I have filed an official complaint with the UK visas and immigration and will make sure they are aware of this chaos!

I was never able to apply at the beginning of March due to a malfunction in your system. And despite promises to call back, no one called me back. Not only did I have to cancel my trip, but the money for the failed appointment (due to your fault(!)) was not returned to me!

I have not had a good experience, I submitted my passport since 27th of October. i have not gotten it back. My husband and I submitted on the same day and he got his passport back about two weeks ago.I have tried everything to reach the TLS contact. but I cant get in-touch with anyone there which does not make any sense.No email address and no one is picking up the phone.

Team speaks Russian, although I specified I want to be talked to in English. They didn`t even ask me what language do I speak (Ukrainian and English).Two people in one room, complete breach of privacy. Very disorganized service.The majority of documents I was asked to print and bring were not necessary. For example, a check-list, nobody asked me to sign it and hand over; when you upload documents it says in the end - please print this page, which has a list of all documents you uploaded, and show it when you arrive. Completely unnecessary. Also print the confirmation email and show, nobody was looking at it. I was asked to bring all the originals, although nobody checked it.People working there are young and seem disinterested. When I asked about a checklist, which I was supposed to sign, they were surprised.
