Vene Residence

Apt. #8: Dishwasher did not work. We were told there was no plan to fix it. Toilets were broken - did not flush properly and stank of urine when we moved in. They never were cleaned adequately. The cleaning staff did not clean properly - left dust everywhere. They only wiped the middle of the floor with a damp mop. This just spread the dirt around. The TV was old and many of the functions on the remotes did not work. For the money charged this was a rip-off. However, the old town is fabulous and being able to be just a few steps away from all the history and beautiful old buildings was the best!
