Я пользуюсь услугами этой химчистки уже много лет. Мне нравится качество работы и обслуживание. При этом цены вполне адекватные. Персонал очень приятный. Всем рекомендую!

Сдал свою зимнюю куртку тёмно синего цвета(пуховик) Hugo Boss в химчистку Mr.&Mrs.Clean которая находится на Ahtri 6A. У куртки была испачкана и засалена внутренняя часть воротника. После того как получил куртку из химчистки обнаружил что на воротнике появились более светлые разводы. Обратился в химчистку с претензией. Там приёмщица сказала, что шарф надо носить, тогда не будет воротник засаливаться. Ещё она сказала, что кожное сало разъедает краску и поэтому на воротнике появились более светлые разводы. Однако, у меня есть ещё одна похожая куртка тоже тёмно синего цвета и тоже Hugo Boss только не пуховик, а полегче(весенне-осеняя). У неё такой-же воротник и он был точно-также засален. Я его в стиральной машине отстирал и никаких более светлых разводов не появилось. Похоже, что меня обманывают.

And they charged me extra money for my dress, instead of 7euros they are charged me 14.50 euros to wash, as they said they will take it speciallyA few days when I went to pick up my dress, the dress is completely damaged ,there are many holes on my dress, and the metal part is damaged. As they don't speak very good english, the communication was extremely difficult, basically, they told me its not their fault that they damaged my dress, its my dress fault....Just be clear, this dress is from a big luxury brand - Halston, the instructions is very clear is to do dry clean, I have wash it many times in London with dry clean, and it never had any problem or damaged at allI contacted my dry clean in London who has been washing this dress for me many times, and this is what he said:He has successfully dry cleaned the garment in the past without any problems. He said you can see scratches alongside the corners of the metal

I use services of this place for a years, generally it's good. There was one case with my scarf, but stuff explained me well and we had found a solution that suited us both. So I can recommend this place.
