DO NOT RENT FROM ALAMO!!! First they charged me $2200 for a deposit, then held my deposit 3 weeks after because of “damages”. Please see picture. I never received a bill nor email notifying of the cost, they just sent me HALF of the deposit! Truly feel the need to get my legal team involved

BEWARE. Hidden Charges. Dishonest Staff. Refueling charges for full tank car. They are just out to get as much cash as possible. No regards for customer.

Absolute garbage car rental! I rented a car for 3 weeks and gave back in same condition. Three days after i gave back a car they took 58Euros from my bank account without telling me. When I called they said car was damaged and they need to value the damage. After 4 weeks waiting they gave me back exactly half bond (bond was 1300Euros). No information what is the damage, no invoice, no pictures. I had insurance and because no evidence then I cant make even insurance claim to get my money back. When I call to get email about the damage, they say its coming soon... (its been a week already and a month since i gave car back).Stay away from them because prices are cheap but later on they take that extra money from your bond!Reported them to Enterprise head office and also contacted with Estonian Consumer Protection Authority.

IMPORTANT: Estonia doesn’t allow you to drive on non-EU Zone foreign licenses. Enterprise rented to us on a North American license with the caveat that if stopped by the police they will impound you roadside. Get an international drivers license.We rented from Alamo and the experience was great. Very friendly service and they gave us some important tips.
