what a terrible experience. Shocking customer service, the worst carhire company ever. DO NOT rent from them even if they want to give you a free car. We hired an Economy car for 5 people. On most confirmation document the type of car shown as guidance and not guaranteed. There`s a picture of two bags assuming two large suitcases will fit in the car, so when you turn up with 4 small hand luggage and a carrier bag you`d think it`s ok and to be honest it`d easily fit in any car. But their representative went crazy and started shouting with us on the local foreign language, tearing our documents in pieces and refusing to give us the car we paid for. Absolutely no help from their side, he didn`t even offer an upgrade or tell us we have to pay for a bigger car that would accommodate all our bags. But as I mentioned our bags would have gone into any economy car. Judging by previous comments probably these people don`t have enough cars to provide but they`re still selling them so when poor customer turns up and they don`t actually have a car to give you they`ll be very abusive until you give up and take a taxi who was interestingly already waiting at the desk. (probably gets commission) Do yourself a favor and don`t even think about renting from this company.

ALERTA ESTAFA1. Nos dejan hacer reserva con tarjeta de crédito de un segundo conductor porque el primero no dispone de una. Pero luego nos dicen que perdemos la reserva si no hace el deposito el primer conductor. No nos dan la posibilidad de cambiar el conductor principal y nos obligan a pagar 100 euros en efectivo para cubrir con el maximo seguro.2. El devolver el coche buscan e inventan todo lo posible para no devolver el depósito de 150 euros aunque se devuelva el vehiculo en perfecto estado.La suma de las dos estafas está muy por encima de lo que ya cuesta el alquiler de una semana del vehiculo.

Have rented from this place quite few times. No issues at all. Positively :) priced as well. All cars are new and clean

Günstiger Mietpreis, neuwertiges Fahrzeug, trotz vollgetanktem Fahrzeug bei der Rückgabe wurde bemängelt das der Tank nicht voll ist, keine Unterlage (EMail) für die Rückgabe erhalten. Anmietung war problemlos.
