I went back there for a deficient bracelet that was a couple months old. The lady behind the counter talked to me in the rudest and most condescending way, insinuating I wasn't honest, telling me with a smirk the warranty didn't work in my case. Magically enough, it did work after I insisted heavily, even though I was sent to the opposite side of the city to get a new bracelet without so much as our apologies" or a very simple "have a nice evening." Shameful
