disgusting service. an arrogant and rude girl consultant was in the store on 10.20.23, in the range of 19-20:00. I really wanted to buy shower oil and when I opened the jar to evaluate the aroma and opened the jar, and the jar with the tester, the blonde consultant said that you shouldn’t open it, it could get dirty and all scents should be tested in the perfume section. Why then are testers needed for other types of products? then she walked by and tangibly touched me and my bag and reluctantly apologized from above. Of course I left without purchasing and will not return to this store again

Visited the shop few days ago. Maria, lovely assistant, helped us to choose the right essence. The service is top! I highly recommend to visit and treat yourself or your loved one.

At last, I found a dissent perfume store in Tallinn, which has a great choice of finest perfumery and, on a top of that also offers a great service with patience and quality to listen to the needs of a client. The young lady that attended to me was very kind and after half an hour we finally found what I was looking for, in fact the perfume that I purchased was even better than expected. I am wearing it now for 4 hours already, went downtown & back home and it's still as fresh as if I have just applied it. COLONE INTENSE is a great line! Try it at Jo Malone own store in Viru Keskus, recommend!
