We were cheated by Avis/Budget.When renting online, we set the pick-up location at Tallinn port, after which the confirmation letter said the pick-up is at the port. A few minutes before arriving at the port with boat, we were called and told that we have to come to the AIRPORT to pick up the car. The customer servant said that if we want the car to the port we would have to pay 30€.How is it possible to have to pay extra about something that is already included in the original payment, and is also confirmed in the order confirmation?Avis/Budget personnell were stubborn and defensive. They said that the information about the extra 30€ was in the terms and conditions. We could not find this information.In the end we had to give up, because the personnell so defensive and also helpless to change the situation.This was a horrible start to our holiday, and will be remembered. For taxis we had to pay 25€ and lost time and energy.

BIGGEST SCAM PLACE !! IF YOU PAY UPFRONT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AGAIN AND LIE ABOUT INSURANCE RATES , SMALL FEES AND SO ON !! THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD !!!
