We had here the worst American breakfast in our lives. The food was horrible. Eggs tasted sweet, pancakes were stale, it felt like they were yesterday's. Potato pancakes had too much fat in them and were also sweet. Only coffee was ok. Avoid.

Avoid. Our group bought 3 different soup, none of them taste good. Piece of cake was OK, but because of rude staff and money waste soup, 1 star.

The food was good but I see some space for improvement of the service.Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the staff. They were friendly until my tuna steak came 'medium rare' and I asked them to make it 'well done' explaining I can't eat raw fish. In 5-10 min it came 'medium', I politely asked them to make it really 'well done', but they gave me really annoyed look and not even spoke to me anymore.It's a pity they weren't more professional and less 'hurt' by my request.

Well, i should state that i have been here before and had good experience. But this happened today at 6pm(if management is interested in fixing things). I ordered ice coffee and got hot latte. I went to the counter and told them that i ordered ice cofee. She replied that she put ice in it but its melted. Now apart from no visible ice the drink was clearly hot not even warm. I asked them to please add some more ice. She did as my request and gave me the glass. It still didnt get cool. In addition i was served a tall glass with a short spoon that fell inside my drink at one point.

Tl, Dr: don't recommend, awful, slow service and terrible food.The cafe seemed nice at first, and the pastries look delicious. The service at the cashier was slow, even though two out of the three waitresses had nothing to do. While I was waiting to order, the waitress in charge of the cashier helped another waitress to pour milk into a coffee by holding the cup. The service in general was poor, no I contact, rushed feeling yet super slow, nothing said when food was brought to table etc.We had to wait for almost half an hour for our food, which I do not consider appropriate for a cafe/restaurant like this, especially because it was almost empty when I ordered. The food itself was worth neither the wait nor the price. I had the penne with chicken and cream. The serving didn't even fill the bottom of the plate, it tasted like nothing and had five small pieces of chicken. I tasted no cream. My boyfriend had their only burger. It came with a side of four fries. The bun was burnt on one side, and the beef patty was raw on one side, and overcooked on the other. The BBQ sauce tasted awful and the cheese was like at McDonald's.Overall I can't recommend. It is possible that the pastries or breakfast foods are better, but even then with the quality of the service I strongly believe you will find a place better worth your money and time.

Was waiting around 10 min to be serve, lady saw us even told us hello but… we have to waitThen she didn’t understand simple world Latte ?!!!It is centre of the capital and one of the popular shop.No recommend at all

it is one of the finest pastriy & coffee shop.

Excellent place to go for lunch or a snack if you're close to the Viru shopping center. Good prices and well tasting food. Since the cafe is located inside the Rahva Raaamat book store it also has a nice ambiance to it.
