Eine komische Autovermietung. Das Auto wurde von der Firma gebucht und die Festlegung ist immer Basic Versicherung. Es wurde ungefragt auf die höchste Stufe angehoben und die Tankoptionen auch gleich noch hinzugefügt. Das hätte gleich 40 Prozent mehr im Preis ausgemacht. Von Vermietern in Südeuropa habe ich das auch schon gehört. Aber nicht von den großen Gesellschaften. Auf Nachfrage wurde es wieder geändert und der Preis stimmte mit dem ursprünglich angebotenen überein.

Always take pictures before and after the rental. Otherwise they will cheat you with extra damage.

Mel jsem auto z letiště Riga, auto mělo v Tallinnu problém, který se nepodařilo opravit. Jako výměnu mi nabídli pouze minuvůz Aygo, ale já měl půjčené SUV. Všichni se snažili pomoci a byli vstřícní.

We took a rental car in Spain at the end of the June. At first everything looked okay with them. Later on some mysterious additional fees were taken from our credit card in July (fees were not explained to us before) and now in September they claim that we scratched the car! We already got the car as scratched and also how it's possible to accuse us on something 2.5 months later?!?! Everything sounds like a total scam! At least we made the pictures of the scratched car before we started to use the car. Would not recommend this rental company!

Little respect of the customer. Booked a car in the center of Tallinn with a child seat, no safety belt was provided. We had to lose our time the next day, go to the airport office in order to exchange the seat for a normal one. The receptionist exchanged the seat, saying that they are not responsible for babies. No excuses were provided. 4€ to stay at the airport parking. The car is nice, but the service is not at the same level.

The car was good, staff was friendly. However, I never would book a rental car from Europcar Tallinn Airport again. I prepaid the car with german automobile club (ADAC-Mietwagen). Never got problems at other car rentals before. At the Europcar counter in Tallinn Airport it was 150€ more expensive. 50€ because I crossed the country limit. That was ok. 100€ for returning the car with an empty fuel tank. In my voucher it was already managed full to full". Why do you anyway present a bill with the option "full to empty"

Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Keine lästige Nachfrage bzgl Versicherungen und die Rückgabe des Autos war auch problemlos. Werde ich hier wieder buchen.

Just another victimBooked an automatic Kia Sportage 6 weeks in advance to find a Volkswagen Tiguan with dints and scratches awaited.Europcar's onsite rep offered an upgrade for an extra €15 Per Day. Furthermore, because we unknowingly arrived on a Bank Holiday, an additional €35 fee was required (outrageous!!) When notifying Europcar of my intention to take the vehicle from Estonia to Finland, an extra charge of €48 was added.I had hoped to post a wonderful review based on a positive experience but find myself now warning other potential victims of this company's scamming techniques.Be warned and where possible, use an alternative company who care about their customers without ripping them off.

Had to pay extra to keep the office open until 8 pm upon arrival. No one there when we arrived. Called number at the desk and after 20 minutes someone came.The lot was pitch black, no lighting to properly inspect the car. When we dropped it off, they charged €280 for scratches . This car was in hotel parking the entire time and I would have noticed this. The agent was obstinate and unhelpful. This was a total scam and I am reversing the charges with Amex.Totally untrustworthy.

Don’t rent a car here. They’re trying to make you pay for damage you didn’t cause.
