Kaotasin ühe AirPods, tahtsin eraldi ühe asemele osta. Väga uduselt mulle seletati et lihtsalt osta ei saa, on vaja neile hooldusse ennast kirja panna, siis vähemalt nädalaks ajaks anda klappid hooldusse et siis tellivad uue ja mingeid seadeid muudavad. Nii et hinda ja aega kohe teada ei saa. Õhtul tellisin teisest varuosa poest endale ühe kõrvaklappi, hommikul oli see mul käes ja kohe hakkas tööle.Loodan et ei pea enam IDeal’iga kokku puutuma.

Updating my review after initially leaving negative feedback.I was contacted by Rainer, the Head of Customer Service at iDeal Estonia. We had an excellent conversation about my overall experiences at their Estonian stores. He offered a generous solution to my issue, and I could sense his passion for the business and its customers. I am amending my review because Rainer provided the level of service I expected.Part of the solution involved revisiting the Kaubamaja store, which I was not particularly excited about. What I find lacking at this particular store is the employees' knowledge about Apple products and accessories, as well as their enthusiasm. It's something I have yet to experience there. It's essential to conduct your own research on products before purchasing them here, as some employees might leave out critical details.I am not entirely satisfied with the in-store return policy. While it adheres to local regulations, making it more flexible would be a welcome change. In several other European Apple Premium Reseller chains, customers can exchange undamaged products for different items or gift cards. Currently, there is a significant disadvantage to buying a product in-store. I don't see a compelling reason to visit this store unless you need something quickly.I am still in the market for a new iMac, but I won't be buying it here. I was recommended to visit the Solaris store in Tallinn, which I plan to do this week.This review reflects my personal opinion and is not influenced by any company. It is based on my history of multiple purchases over the years at this specific location.
