So there’s a long story here. I went there first for my hair Keratin which was an absolute horrible experience!!! The Keratin didn’t work and my hair was the same as before. And I paid 100 euros for it.So, they agreed to refund 80 euros only through any other services I may want from them. I decided to go with manicure. Even though the 2 manicures that I had there were nice and strong, but again the timing and taking an appointment was another bad experiences, there were many cancellations, even I went there once and they didn’t book my appointment at all!!!So to conclude, if you want a manicure and you don’t mind the appointment being cancelled, then go for it.If you wanna do hair Keratin, definitely, 100% don’t go for it!

The stylist was good but did not speak English. Not all stylists speak English and I was not satisfied with the result. I had selected this salon only because their website clearly mentions they all speak English but it isn't enough if only the owner speaks English! But overall it might be a good salon may be if spoke Russian I would have got a better haircut..

Olimme kolme naista, olimme tehneet ennakkovarauksen. Kaikki otimme hiusten leikkauksen, yksi myös värjäyksen. Otimme myös kasvohoidon. Hoito oli laadukasta! Henkilökunta ystävällinen. Sisustus hauska . Ikkunat likaiset mikä hieman laski kokonaisvaikutelmaa. Mielelläni menen uudelleen. Paikka aivan venesataman vierellä.

Excellent manicure and pedicure.It was done very carefully and professionally, the result perfect. Prices affordable. Although it is not in the Old Town is near the port, easily reachable. Highly recommended.

DONT EVER GO FOR HAIRCUT!Dont ever go to this place for a haircut. The lady Nella is really bad and will cut your hair short and as bad as ever.The receptionist who speaks english does nothing but roll her eyes when you complain. I had long hair and the hairdresser Nella cut it neck length and even refused to hear what kind of hairstyle I wanted. Really dumb hairdressers and worse place to waste money!

I was there on a short trip and badly needed hair wash and blow dry. Hairdresser Nelle was great! Loved the quick service and gentle treatment of my hair. Five stars!!

Relaxed athmosphere, with friendly and highly skilled staff. This is absolutely the place to go both for beauty and to be spoiled. Way beyond «OK» :-) My warmest recommendations!
