I don't recommend paying the fee to go in the tower. There's not much to see in there. They have a coffee shop, and a very small walking area around the building. There's also an area where they have some artifacts that you can see. Not truly worth the entrance fee. It has a really nice view though.

Very nice experience and area that you must visit if you are going to Tallinn.The wall is very well conserved, the walking around is very impressive.

Although the height is not high enough to see the whole picture of the old town，it is still the best view point in autumn in my opinion

Nice walkway overlooking the medieval street below. Makes you feel even closer to Tallinn's ancient history. The walk is just about hundred meters long, so not that exciting but entrance fee was only €2,- (2018). Like this post please if useful. Thank you.
