If you are a savvy shopper, then this place is for you. you can carefully search for and find bargain items to buy. Particularly one should look at the Moe outlet and the supermarket Arsenali Selver. One more thing the toilets are free. You don’t have to pay €0.5 for using toilet like everywhere else in Estonia.

Good place theres so many things you can do. You can : go eat, get a haircut, shop clothes, get grocery’s and so much more. Also theres a pet shop, hesburger, fish shop and a used clothes shop i really recommend Arsenal

I am not a huge fan of all those outlets (even though there's absolutely nothing wrong with those) but food places in Arsenali are really good.

It's never crowded, ever so chill.A well stocked City Alko and selver. Some good outlet stores.

This is a nice shopping center in a beautifully decorated historical building. Here you find several outlet shops with very good prices and a decent selection of goods. Also, here you find several food places from restaurants to coffee shops. The shopping center has a large food store as well. If you come by car, they have a spacious parking. If you come by public transport, you might need to walk a distance depending on how you arrive. The shopping center is located close to the sea, it would take you at most 10-15 minutes to get to the beach and walk along a historic path called “cultural kilometer”. Overall a nice place that can definitely be recommended.
