I was really dissapointed with shop assistant at that place. First of all she was rude but as I wasn’t shopping alone I didn’t really pay attention to that. The problem was that there were no pricetags on the coats so every price had to be communicated verbally. After understanding the selection they had I fell in love with two pieces with prices 199€ and 200€ (asked prices for those specific coats while having them on me). As I was in phase of paying for those and one of the coats was already packed, assistant found out that the coat that had been communicated with price 199€ is 295€ instead. I was devastated and instead of apologizing assistant told me I should have figured it out myself as there’s PRIME written somewhere on the label. Of course they didn’t have cheaper (not prime) version of the same coat available. They could have at least provided some kind of discount for ASSISTANT’S MISTAKE but she just told me “it is what it is”. I went home with only one of the coats unfortunately. Communicated the issue in instagram channel as well but they weren’t really keen on finding better solutions than emphasizing already cheap price (which is not cheap but really average), proposing complimentary hat or returning the coat. Coat itself (bought Prime) is of a really good quality but personally won’t go back to this place or recommend it because of this incident and their attitude.
