The owner got offended and told me to look for a new accountant after a minor issue instead of facilitating and constructively solving problem that arose. He sent me his price list and address for new company registration. I registered the company and got back to him a couple of weeks later. He got offended that I didn't tell him about the registration right away and refused to work with me. Now I have to loose time looking for a new accountant and update company address. To make it worse, I referred clients to him in the past who remain his paying clients, so I felt like there should be minimal trust involved. So, as a word of caution - avoid at all cost if you want peace of mind service.UPDATE: furthermore, the owner is lying in his response - he himself e-mailed me the data for company registration about 3 months before this review and I used it to register exactly one company not multiple as he stated. And then he started complaining instead of setting up the service and helping resolve the issues with the registry.
