Terrible experience.

We are tourists from Finland, just had a terrible experience at Charlot Viru keskus. The sellers Jaane and Jana were at the desk, older seller Janne had a flags of three different languages: one of them was Russian. She heard me talking with my children russian and deliberately started throwing things on desk! Then said amount in Estonian, which I could not understand, so I let her know and wondered why she has a flag of language that she does not want to use. Jana sad, that it’s not written on me, that I am a tourist and it’s comfortable for them to speak Estonian. I switched to English or Finnish- both of them could not communicate on any of those properly, even though they have to. Terrible customer service and clients orientation. Manager Eve is not answering either.
