As a lot of people already said, the host is very rude, noisy (you can hear her snoring in the next room), talks loud on the phone next to your room.Hot water is not guaranteed.She doesn't like strangers too apparently, If you don't like strangers, don't open a guest house !

They are lierers! By booking i ordered a number for stay, then i'm arived they told they are no room for me! I ordered early and on that weeked were much people in Tartu and all get prices higjher,told me that in other hotel were i had to stay as double price as o espected in the first one!
