Rude and dismissive attitude towards job applicants - rejection emails are sent by a random person, who does not even introduce themselves and you have to google them to find out who they are. Follow-up emails receive no reply and it seemed that the whole hiring process was rather built on something else than applicants experience/skills. Disappointed.
