Algajatele ei soovita. Treener väga mossis ja tihtipeale käratab, kui kohe pihta ei saa. Olla konstruktiivselt karm on üks asi, kuid täiesti teine on olla tusane ja võtta õppimisest kogu lõbu ära.

One small minus is the lack of a shower, but the trainers are awesome! Professional equipment and good vibe.

Really kind and nice coaches. And you also can do different styles of pole dancing like just tricks, exotic, pole choreography or choreography without pole. Also they do really good stretching trainings. It took me less than half of year to do the split again
