The people here don't know their own products.On my first visit 3 weeks ago askel for matcha. The person on the counter forcibly offered" matcha latte. Multiple times tried correcting to no avail. Okay... she seemed to understand... yet made me a latter version. It was ok though.Just now visited for a new chance. The place completely different staff. Things were not any better though. Was first made a matcha latte. This employee realised she mightve made a mistake... that was after already making the wrong drink. Refunded me the drink. Changed me another drink. Started getting very suspicious with the new price (oh and a point in the end about prices as well); looked through the price list

i was today in nautica center and i wanted to have breakfast at Blender .i was waiting to place my order for around 10 min , but the worker was dealing with the preparation of previous order. the worker didn't seems to be in mood , she was also straggling to find out the ingredients for previous order . she was looking at the menu what to use .i expected anything like ( sorry for waiting ) or (i will be with you shortly )but non of that happened so i decided to leave without feeling iam begging for service or food .
