We booked 2 months in advance. Our confirmed booking got canceled by the hotel a few weeks before our travels, without good reason. Got no compensation, no offer for an alternative hotel. Only option to book another date, which is not an option.

Stayed in a sea view room. Dogs are very welcome and cost 25€ per night extra. The best thing about Rannahotell is the location. The car can be left at the hotels parking lot and all the sights, restaurants etc are just a walking distance away. Breakfast selection is great. Friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend!

Iseenesest ilusnhotell aga selle raha eest mis suvel küsitakse on kuidagi hinna kvaliteedinsuhe paigast ära. Hommikusöök oli täitsa hea.

Beautiful stylish restaurant on the beach front with classic architecture. Mushroom 'Lions Mane' vegetarian dish was a great starter before the steak. Perfect. Very happy

We ordered beef tartars and it was simply disgusting, the meat seemed like it was just put through grinding machine instead of sliced up as it should be.The color was off as well.Then for main course we ordered Zander which was okay.Wien Snitzel was horrible you can't even call it that, it was more like traditional karbonad"Overall the food is not worth the price and I give it 1 stars

Superb hotel, very comfortable and nice. Very friendly service, good breakfast, comfy beds. Great location. Not many people there in september.

I would give 10 points if I could!We were traveling with family and stayed in Rannahotell, also, we organised a bigger event in the hotel restaurant at night. We are amazed!The hotel looks really fresh and beautiful, rooms are stylish and comfortable, the view to the sea is awesome, and, of course, the location of the hotel is definitely the best in all Pärnu. The beach is just 30 metres away and everything else is within walking distance.The most important thing - hotel staff is very friendly, their YES-attitude is truly special and they were beyond helpful.The warmest thank you!

The room with beach front view was great. The bathroom, as in most European hotels, was small, but that's just how it is. The breakfast buffet was great, but the restaurant is, in my opinion, overpriced. But the downtown area is close by and has plenty of options.

We stayed for 1 night for a mini vacation. The location is just fantastic, right on the beach. Our first room had some minor problems with cleanliness but still enough to be unhappy with the room. I went to reception, hoping for someone to come clean a little but we were given a room upgrade to junior suite with a lovely balcony over looking the beach. We left very satisfied, Thank You, Marten for turning the situation around and making our stay memorable for the right reasons!
