Always overcrowded. Opening hours and days are not good, especially considering the area that this office covers. Fifty, or sixty people ques are normal there.

There is a westernunion money trasfer. Lots of workers so the waitng time is not too long even in tap hours.

55 minutit pakki oodata pole okei. Töötajad annavad endast parima, aga nii tihedalt asustatud piirkond vajab suuremat postkontorit.-Waiting 55 minutes for your package is not okay. The workers are doing their best but such a densely populated area needs a bigger post office.

Teenindus keskmine,järjekorrad tihti ebanormaalselt pikad.Vahel oodanud, et pakk kätte saada 45 minutit.Normaalsusest on asi kaugel.

The staff is okay but this becomes completely irrelevant when you could find yourself in a line like the one in the photo.1) Post office is tiny in comparison to the district it serves. Even if all the 6(?) windows inside are working, it is still too small to keep the line going. You know you've got a small office when your customers can't all fit inside the waiting room.2) They completely ignore international mail deliveries (Omniva as a whole does). They don't bother delivering your mail from abroad, nor to let you know you've got mail!They just let it expire in storage before sending it back to the sender—be it from another EU country's government or Australia—and you'll never know you've got mail. Unfortunately this is the case 8 out of 10 times, which is a major problem.They shouldn't be taking on international mail if they're not able to deliver said mail. Hand it over to the other courier companies instead, please. Mail needs to get delivered.
