Spectacular view of the old city center and docks, very nice atmosfera, staff super friendly and polite, location truly nice and good selection of wine and cocktails. Concerning food I was able to try only the grilled octopus but it was too spicy even if I avoided to eat peppers. Octopus flavor simply disappears, even if it has the rigth consistency and seems to be fresh..that is a pity..as well as portions which is for 22euro more like a starter than a main dish... otherwise a perfect place.

Amazing atmosphere, fantastic service, and great food!The restaurant is located on the top floor of the Radisson Hotel building.I recommend you book a table beforehand as it can get quite busy, especially if you want a seat on the terrace.Overall, it was a wonderful experience!I definitely recommend it if you have the financial means to visit.

Käisime õhtusöögil. Menüü koosneb Jaapani ja Peruu toitudest. Menüüs oli sõnade seletus ehk mida mingi toit sisaldab/tähendab. See meeldis väga, sest lihtsam oli sööki valida. Teenindus oli viisakas ja meeldiv. Atmosfäär oli mõnus ja õdus. Akendest avanes vaade 22 korruselt Tallinna linnale.Ainuke, mis natuke häiris oli see, et toitude kogused olid väiksed ja suhteliselt kallid. Suurt toiduelamust ma kahjuks ei saanud.Ma külastaks seda kohta ilusa vaate ja atmosfääri pärast, kuid toidu pärast tagasi tõenäoliselt ei läheks.

A stunning terrace. Surprisingly, the best matcha in town. The Peruvian dishes are simply magnificent. I highly recommend the tuna tartare and baked eggplant.

Ordered a Martini Extra Dry Vermouth and got Martini Bianco instead which is so much sweeter, that it is undrinkable for my taste.For 50 min noone came to take another order ... (Bar was not full), so I ended up drinking it still, not to cause a fuss.When someone finally came, and our table all chose different cocktails, they came back and said without explanation that they can only offer us gintonics...After we had then all ordered gintonics as only option, but before recievening them, the music was cut!Our drinks arrived after midnight and when we asked what happened to the music they said that they are closed and did not have an explanation why we were not informed about closing before our drinks order, as it came out they took the order 2 min before closing time (we wouldve obviously left, if known that).We asked if they could put music back for 10-15 min so we can finish our drinks, which ended in us sitting awkwardly, listening to the staff argue loudly amongst themselves about this matter.Never seen a level of service" in any Radisson like this before.Very dissapointing

We visited ISSEI bar for drinks on a saturday evening. We had made a table reservation, which turned out to be a good idea because the place was almost full when we went there.Personnell was very kind, helpfull and made us feel welcome.Located on the top floor of Radisson Collection hotel, (24th floor) the view from this place is spectacular. Overlooking the town of Tallin, this place is worth the visit justvbecause of the scenery.If you like whiskey based coctails I definatelly recomend trying Secret whiskey forrest". Hands down best whiskey coctail I've ever had!"
