I tryed the menu for Maitsev Tartu and I think it is one of the best ones i have tryed with thos programm. The food was very good and tho it may seem that the portions are quite small, then if I ate all the 3 courses, i was so full. All the flavours blended together so well ❤️. Altho Fii's prices are quite high, it is totally worth the Michelins recommendation.In the pictures there are Maitsev Tartu menu pre course and dessert.

Too many fruit flies for a fine dining restaurant. There were at least 7 flying around the table and one fell into the wine glass, which the server suggested to scoop out with a spoon. We eventually got a new glass but had to shoo them away for the whole duration of dinner - quite disturbing. Food was okay, not exceptional.

From our experience, we wouldn’t recommend it.The restaurant is ok but not worth the price.I’m not sure if we caught them on a bad day, but we were a bit confused by where the Michelin recommendation came from:The atmosphere was good, but nothing special. (The area we were first seated in was lit by a bright white light which made the atmosphere there not even good, but then we asked to be reseated.)The food is ok, but again not worth what you are paying for. It looked nice. Some of it could have been a bit warmer and the taste was not surprisingly good.What was really disappointing though is our experience with the drinks. When the menu reads “handcrafted lemonade”, I kind of expect a freshly made lemonade; not a bottle that says “handcrafted”. That however might be a personal thing. What’s not a personal thing is the fact that one of the drinks was smaller than stated on the menu and another one was four months past its expiration date. This is not ok, definitely not for the class of restaurant Fii advertises itself to be in.Overall, we were disappointed and would recommend to look for another place to go to.

Had the 7-course degustation menu which was creative and delicious. They also agreed to provide us a vegetarian version as we booked ahead. About atmosphere, the place itself is really nice but the view is on a parking lot. So it's nicer in the dark when you can't see it

Mõnus istumine mõnusas restoranis. Toidud olid väga maitsvad ja kõik komponendid sobisid omavahel valatult. Eriline üllataja oli taimetoit - hästi läbi mõeldud ja ilusasti serveeritud. Meeldis ka, et menüü oli hooajaline. Kindlasti külastan uuesti!

What an outstanding experience! We took the tasting menu and each dish was more of a surprise than the previous one. The stand outs were definitely the raviolis and tartare. Also the mushroom soup as an amuse!! Amazing. The chef has clearly done a great job at coming up with unique flavour combinations. The service was also really friendly and attentive. The restaurant is also fairly small so you can enjoy a quiet dinner. The only thing to note is they don't have many vegetarian options if that's what you're looking for.

Definitely will not suggest this place. Desert was terrible, coffee even more! For starter take fish, just a regular fish, nothing special, price is too big for this kind of product. Second dish was ok, not good not bad, just ok, because also at these dishes didn’t feel nothing special. This place is overrated!!!

Found this restaurant through tripadvisor, it was top 1 and marked with Michelin star. I’m not an expert but decided to visit. We booked a table for family through website, but when we arrived it was totally empty. They just served for us and we left, for an 1-1,5h we didn’t saw anyone coming. We ordered some Calamari and Strawberry ice-cream. There were no kids menu in paper but officiant informed us about available kids options and we ordered pasta with chicken for our son. All dishes looked great and taste was totally something new for us - great, wonderful and only good emotions. We all enjoyed, and even our son told us in a first time without asking from him, that pasta is great.
