Very good and personal ways of training!

Didn't actually used the service cause I got a viral infection. I tried to call so that I can cancel the appointment but nobody answered. When I emailed the customer support explaining the situation, their reply was cold and unprofessional. I understand that there are some policies that needs to be followed but they should understand that professionalism and showing empathy towards customer's feelings is the key for the best customer experience. You should treat better your vulnerable customers.
