The company and robots are great- love the little guys. I also hear good things from people who have worked here.The service itself though is sad - every order is delayed and doesn’t even get packaged until I contact support. Suddenly, when that is done, my order is in a robot and on its way.There is very little choice on most restaurants or stores they support. It doesn’t come across like customers are their main priority, so I wonder what is. Giving 3 EUR vouchers after I wait 1h+ on every occasion is not doing it anymore.
