Ordered 120 euro flowers with a 10 euro delivery fee for my grandmothers birthday with a confirmation on when they would be delivered but nothing ever came.After numerous emails got a reply which said that delivery was not attempted as phone was not answered. This is outrageous that they don’t even try to deliver to the given address unless the person answers the phone! Talk about a lazy business….No hope for a refund either with them.Every other flower shop I have gotten flowers from always delivered without issues. Stay clear from these con artists wish I checked reviews before ordering.

Made a 100+ EUR order for a birthday, wanting to surprise someone at work. I made the order early morning, but the courier was extremely late, meaning that the recipient had to wait in the cold for the flowers to be delivered, as she has finished work by then. The surprised was ruined and the whole experienced left me feeling sour.I expected better service when making such an expensive order.
