Change It Currency Exchange Tax Free Refund

On Sunday Feb 12 2023 .. I arrive to the desk with plenty time before closing at 9:50 pm ( desk closes at 10 ).The young lady decides to close operations early and complain that she has the right to do so. She refuses to make my transaction.I’m ok if she actually has the right to do so …If so .. I suggest that the company tells customers that operation hours are actually 10 minutes earlier than the closing time. I asked her for an e-mail of the office to question her action and she told me to “ google it “.This is only place in the airport to change money and many people come here for MoneyGram services. Maybe this company should figure a way to close when advertised or send a message to staff that they would get paid for the 10 minutes it takes to finish the day. If they can provide the device maybe the airport should give this concession to a more deserving company.This is disappointing.

Mb not exact this place, but the exchanger is good - no fees and exchange rate rather good tor airport. Did not loose much)
