Can't recommend them enough.Due to our large area, uneven terrain, lake shore, steep hill, apples, pine cones and lots of moles, I had my doubts whether any robot would work at all. I had all the major resellers of Stihl and Husqvarna look at the property too and while their sales people promised the moon, the technicians and real world reviews did not seem convincing. With Robotniiduk.pro the conversation was sober and pragmatic. Promises were made carefully and with detailed explanations about the capabilities and limitations. The robot has far exceeded any promises made and does exactly what I was hoping for while needing less attention than expected. We do not live at our property full time so an autonomous solution that didn't need constant attention was necessary.Since taking delivery of the Wiper KXL S in June 2021, the robot has effectively managed a 6000m2 grass area. Despite complex zones, with narrow corridors between multiple buildings and a steep hill, the entire area looks perfectly manicured all the time. Pine cones and apples get chopped easily by the large and rigid 4 star blade which stayed sharp enough the entire season despite hitting stones too. I was also surprised that the robot actually has a 4 hour mowing time on a full charge. This is very different from the other brands with 45m-1 hour mowing times. The robot got stuck a few times in divots during the rainy autumn season, but the spiked wheel attachments seemed to allow the robot being able to maneuver out of such situations. It has not gotten stuck since.The company suggested setting a 4 x 4h mowing schedule with charging in between. Most of the time the robot chooses its zone but some zones were hard programmed to ensure attention as the layout is complex. We let it run 7 days a week regardless of weather. This seemed to work well despite our large area. I am very happy with this as in spring I have that additional opportunity buffer of another 4h mowing cycle per day, if necessary when the grass grows the fastest.The service of Robotniiduk.pro is also top notch. After the initial install there were a few adjustments needed to the wiring and dock, but this was all sorted with a smile and a second visit.I was initially skeptical of this seemingly unknown brand, but after careful research and understanding that the Wiper brand is the twin of Ambrogio which has 2 decades of experience in the industrial automower segment, I was convinced enough to give it a try. I'm happy I did. The only difference between the two brands is the look. I also received an offer from Stokker for Ambrogio, but the service and sober attitude of robotniiduk.pro made me go with them.As our dog likes to nap on the lawn, I got the dog tag RFID collar attachment too. It works flawlessly and the blade stops spinning whenever the tag is within 4-5 meters of the robot. I imagine this tag would work great with very young and curious kids too.What's not great is the app. But it has served its purpose of alerting us the few times the robot got stuck in the rainy season and letting us check its location periodically. My only gripe is that access to the app is only included for a couple of years, after that you need to purchase access.Due to the significant size and weight of the KXL S model, it did beat down the grass on the border of the property, leaving visible tracks during the rainy season of late August / early september. This was not an issue in the dry season and it's not dirt tracks, rather just the grass has been flattened a bit and I assume it will stand up again after the mower has now been removed for the winter season.All together an excellent experience with Robotniiduk.pro and Wiper.
