Väga professionaalne teenindus (firmas töötab keemik) ja soodsad hinnad. Eemaldati lihtsa vaevaga väga keeruline tindiplekk. Mitmed mainekad keemilise puhastuse pakkujad keeldusid eelnevalt seda tööd tegemast, aga Viru Keskuse keemiline puhastus sai tööga kiiresti ja laitmatult hakkama.

The job was not ready at agreed time and they managed to blame it on me even though I went on the exact time that we agreed on. Then the worker took a look at the check that stated that said time and just said that it's not ready. They didn't even appologize for the delay. It's not like I asked for a next day delivery, the item had been there for a simple clean well over a week. Terrible customer service.

Отдала в эту химчистку шерстяное одеяло. Показала приёмщице скрин с сайта, где написано, что можно только хим.чистку(исключая одно средство), стирать нельзя. Пришла получать одеяло - и не узнала свою вещь.( Шерсть скаталась в твёрдую массу, которую даже не распушить. Твёрдое, сжатое, севшее - уменьшилось... что-то. Не передать словами, как расстроилась. Написала жалобу хозяину. Буду писать в Tarbijakaitse. Пусть штрафуют или вообще закрывают их. Столько много негативных отзывов. Ужасный сервис и абсолютно хамское отношения к клиентам (относится к женщине, работающей в приемном пункте в viru).8 апреля занесла на чистку сумку, сказали, что будет готова 14 апреля. 14 апреля оказывается, что мастер заболел, хотя судя по комментариям болеет" он часто. В итоге сумка была готова аж 22 апреля. Сумку почистили плохо. На все это можно было бы закрыть глаза

I had two loads of regular washing done. The process is to drop off the laundry. They use a scale to weigh and tell us what the amount is. The cost is per kg. The rate chart can be found on their website.They then tell us when they can return the clothes to us. For me they gave it the next day by evening. (I dropped it off on a afternoon.) I would say give them one whole day. If you're dropping it in the morning, they likely will not give it the same day but ask you to come back the next day. But I have read a couple of other reviews where they say that if you request they might accommodate. I think it also depends on how busy they are.I think the prices are reasonable. They added a 30% markup on dry cleaning of one shirt, and when I asked the reason they pointed to some light dirt. Considering the language barrier as well for the conversation I didn't fully understand what they were saying.

Extremely unpleasant experience. When I was giving a leather skirt to be refreshed and ironed it was attentively examined and no faults were found. upon receipt, it was clear that the skirt had not been properly cleaned, was wrinkled, and moreover, the side seam was torn. To my complaint I got an answer that ‘You knew there might be risks’. What kind of risks? That work I had paid for would not be done? I asked politely to fix the seam, but received threats they ‘have lawyers to deal with me’. It’s outrageous!
