Managing a business with a HUUM sauna, their product has been nothing but issues, and even a safety concern for us. Trying to get timely help is near impossible through the constant emails or lack of responses from them. Spent a lot of extra money replacing parts. Switching brands

Watch out!!! They sent me a defective Huum Drop 4.5 Heater. When I returned the unit, they informed me I'd need to purchase another one, then only provided me with HALF a refund.. ABSOLUT SCAM - WATCH OUT!!!!

I purchased a HUUM sauna controller (among the other items needed for a sauna) from BSaunas and the unit caught fire inside. Bsauna and HUUM support refused to honor the warranty on their faulty product and instead blamed the installation which was done correctly by a certified electrician. Originally they claimed one thing then switched it to installation error when i questioned the quality of the product and their misinformation. Instead i was given a discount to re-purchase the same unit - which i was not happy with but had no other options - they then sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT UNIT. When I asked why I received an entirely different unit I called to ask why and they couldn't tell me. The original unit I had was very cheaply made and the replacement unit they sent that is entirely different is even rated completely different than the original which further proves my theory that the original unit was faulty/cheap parts which caused the fire. upon further investigations it also seems I am not the first one to have the EXACT same scenario occur.
