Very bad customer service. Attendant cut in sentences, did not listen and made me wait for a phonecall back for five days. Attendant gave me an invalid access code . They demand me to make another trip from abroad to be able to access my internet banking. Tey havce stalled me for days. I was suggested to do this from the Tallinn branch from the assistance number, but the other assiustants tryre to make it seem for me that it is impossible. getting answers back and forth. Being lied to. Having my time wasted. Utterly shocked about how I have been treated. My time has been wasted on purpose. Unacceptable. I do not reccomend relying on this banking service. Period.

Refused to create an account for me and didn't give me a reason. Probably just because I'm foreign, even though the bank is owned by my bank in Norway. Swedbank made an account for me right away

Log in system is terrible comparing to other bank apps (no smart ID) and customer support didn’t seem to care at all.
