Do NOT trust, in the first meeting they say yes to any request, you sign the contract, pay and later nothig (nothing mean nothing) of what you say is developpend as you ask. My experience (fortunately I lost only 1500 and 2 months and moved to an other agency) and the one of a good friend that unlackly had paied more and had to remain with them. Morover when you make notice that the project is totally different (when I say totally it means that a kid of 8 years will see the differnces, I do not talk about details) form your suggested design, they say that they see it equal. Situations that I only saw before in comic moovies..
