Was great experience! Much better service than other companies. It was Saturday other car companies are not open or not available. Their price was really good and stuff was very friendly. The guy saw that I'm not familiar with manual gear, he asked his colleague in Riga to replace another car for me on Sunday for free. Because of the marathon, the traffic was really bad, till he managed to come all the way to me. Very much appreciated! Will rent their car again!

Came 6hs early than scheduled, at 1 in the night, and gave them a call, and one guy was there within 10mins, paid a bit more, but was very happy to be on the road 6hs earlier than expected! Great service and no trouble with the car

I have rented a car in addCar last week. The service of addCar team was really perfect and car was really nice, clean and new (I've got 2015 Skoda Rapid). This company will stay my car rental company from now!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Office was closed when I arrived to pick up my car, nobody answered the phone. I arrived before pick up time. I had to rent a car through a different agency and pay extra. They refused to give me refund stating that I could still come the next day and get the car. At that point I was more than 200km away. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I booked with Addcar in Tallinn. Will never do it again.Positive things: Car was new and cleanNegative: Customer service + All the services around getting and returning the car.I rented a car from Tallinn and paid extra 20€ for getting it to Ferry Terminal D.
