I have used the Practilite 602 for a few years now shooting weddings and it is hands down one of the best lights I have had in my career.I recently needed to replace a locking screw and the customer service was top tier. Requested how I can go about replacing it and within a few hours I had a response requesting my address and I was sent out not just one, but two pieces without cost and got those in within a week before my next event.Thank you for the attention to detail!
