Don't buy from this company! We were a dealer for this company in Croatia and we had extremely bad experiences with them. Their thermowood planks started cracking after one week, parts were missing, manuals were wrong. The collection of pictures included is just a fraction of broken planks we had to disassemble at our clients' locations. After complaining they are only prepared to send you new planks at an additional cost. So don't expect any guarantee! We do not have the nerves and time to go to court so we decided to inform the public and warn people about these issues. We hope it will help.... The products of Baltresto are good for one thing: firewood.

Klasse Angebote, sehr netter deutschsprachiger Kontakt, immer hilfsbereit bei Fragen bzgl Aufbau etc. Der Bausatz ist gut dokumentiert und sehr gut verarbeitet. Wer preiswert kaufen und hervorragende Qualität erhalten möchte, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse.

wood fired hot tub 1.8mI bought a wood fired hot tub 1.8m with air blower, stairs, top trim and wood lid from Baltresto. First of all the price is very competitive (UK) when you search around. Delivery ETA was communicated and the freight also. All in all very good and communication with Jelena was good.The delivery took 6-8 weeks and came on a pallet. Again no issues there.I went for the self assembly option. If you have the access I would suggest having it delivered assembled. The assembly took about 4 to five hours with 2 to 3 people. The instructions only covered the assembly of the tub ie no instructions for the blower and the unit that holds it. While it is not complicated there are certain things that are important while you are assembling the base. For example the installation of the pipes for the bubble system you need to drill holes in battons that hold the base together. Also, when attaching the pipes for the blower they need to be long enough to get right to the top of the tub. The assembly of the unit again while not difficult it would be good to include some instructions/pictures.I just want to say that if you email any questions to Jelena she is very quick at coming back and sent through lots of pictures that helped me assemble mine.When you fill start filling it be prepared for it to leak! I think ours was leaking about 15-20%for the first night and by morning it had dropped 1/3. But after 3 days all was good. I tightened the bands a bit too tight I think but have released them since.All in all very happy and it has been used Almost every day/evening since it went up. The water does need changing every 5 days or so.Thanks

Really pleased with our 1.6m wood fired hot tub with bubble system. Baltresto allow you to create a system that is bespoke to your own needs which is great. We chose the flat pack tub with bubble system.The communication from Marina and Jelena was perfect from order to delivery, they even helped with additional photos on the bubble system install. Delivery was ten weeks which felt a long time, but this was explained on order and we are in a global pandemic at the moment.Construction is fairly easy, but don't try and make the staves too tight, they don't need to be at first. It is unnerving when water leaks out at first, but this does settle as the wood swells. Theres a really fun YouTube video online of this process and instructions are provided. I wish I'd ordered the metal cover also as some debris is collected in water without it.Takes about three hours to warm water up, but absolutely fabulous on a cold winters night. Especially with the baltresto hot tub hats on.THANKS BALTRESTO

After being let down by a rival company, we chose Baltrestro for our wood fired, larch wood hot tub with the bubblers and LEDs. Absolutely delighted! I cannot recommend this product and company enough.

Great experienceFirstly, sorry for the delay in writing this review. Let me start from the very beginning, which is a very good place to start!!Brief: Wife wanted hot tub for her big birthday looked at nearly every company and chose Baltresto due the quick replies to emails and advice given.Ordering: Dealing with Jelena. This lady made the process so easy due to her friendly manner and knowledge of the product. I ordered a 2m dia hot tub with bubble system. I needed it flat pack as it was difficult to locate at home. Jelena even emailed me asking if they wanted me to allow them to install the jets in the bottom of the tub, which I did.Only issue I had was payment and this was totally my fault. Use PayPal not through the bank.Dispatch and Delivery: I was informed of the dispatch date and sent a link to track it. I received the tub within 5 days. It even arrived early at home.Product: Straight away you could tell it was good quality from the way it was packed. No signs of damage on the packaging and the pallet it arrived on was converted into a log store by me!Assembly: Chose a nice fine day and started building it. I had looked at the instructions and laid everything out split down the screws into containers and started.I would recommend ratchet straps to pull the base together as it was the most difficult part to do, just because the joints are so tight.Rest of the build was very straight forward just need to take your time and don't panic and follow the instruction book.Fitting the internal stove: Take your time to mark it out before drilling holes so as not to get near to joints.With the bubble system you get the finish for the top which really does finish off the product.Filling it: I was expecting gallons of water to escape but no a few small leaks which quickly stopped once the wood had swollen.Only mistake that I made was I should have ordered a filter system for it as the amount of use it has had warrants one!!!!Would I buy this product again YES!Would I buy from Baltresto again YES!Would I deal with Jelena again A GREAT BIG YES!!
