I also have a bad experience with Kodulahe apartements. They refused the work that was under warranty. I talked to Ants Mitt, director of constructuion, who is an extremely arrogant man, who refused to hear my side of the story, cut me off multiple times and finally hung up the phone on me. Avoid at all cost!

Literally one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Quality of proprieties built by RAMM are actually below low, simply amazing. I live in one of their houses but at Lahepea (kodulahe) constant leaks, problems with drainage, nothing is being fixed, and whatever is allegedly fixed breaks repeatedly within weeks. Terra sea of the ground floor have cracks big enough to let the water syphon through and reach the storage rooms and garage, this has been happening for the last 2 years, including the time after “guarantee works”.
