Got nothing to complain about. All went smooth and quickly. The car (Fabia Combi) was in great condition and served us well (drove >600km). No issues with pickup and return. Will use their services next time I visit Estonia.

Absolutely terrifying rental experience with this company, after arguing for a month with a pro rent’s manager, i was unable to receive my money deposit back due to a tiny scratch, located at the very bottom of the bumper, even though car had numerous scratched before the car reservation, see pictures below. After all Manager named Tonu refused to return my deposit of 200.- and instead asked me to pay extra 40.- to cover the repairs, which is absolutely dishonest and unreasonable!I strongly recommend to take a picture of every single inch before the car reservation, as the pro rent manager tempts to surcharge you and rip off your money deposit!
