Обычный, большой магазин. Там продают хлеб, колбасы, сыры, игрушки, кастрюли, овощи, напитки, алкоголь, открытки, семена, крупы, поварешки, сахар, ... И много всякой мелочи. Что дешевле, что дороже. Короче, универсальный магазин. Под названием Гросси. По английски это мегамаркет. Нет! Англичанин это не поймет. Megamarket. Вот!

The only reason why I have to put one star only for this shop in the megamarket is that I went to the shop twice yesterday at different times in the morning and again in the afternoon and I was shocked to see one female working at the till and she was looking absolutely tired. The queue was unbelievable and I had to wait for 20 minutes to be served. I had spoken with her and asked her if there is anyone at the shop who can help her with reducing the pressure from her. I fully understand that the business is all about the profits but the owner should remember about the staff's morale, mental health of the workers, and wellbeing of the workers. I am not trying to blame the owner as I know he gets different feedback from the management team. As far as I understood from the conversation that I had with the workers is that the manager of a particular shop doesn't care about her hard-working team who go above and beyond to achieve everything that is required. We live in Europe in the 21st century and the century of slaving people was over a long time ago. Therefore the manager needs to be trained to the right level to know how to support and manage her team and make the working life easier and safer than they have now. What a shame to see this sort of issue in Narva.So, I would like to leave 0 stars for the manager of this shop and 5 stars for the actual workers as they are amazing.I hope this message will be read by the top management and they will review the staffing issues and uplift the morale of the team, also, the manager of the shop will be trained to the right level of management or as an alternative solution she needs to be going through the disciplinary process for not doing her managerial job. Shame on the manager!!!
