I come back again this Summer, as this would be the first time to appreciate the pretty Summer in Pärnu and hopefully the last time so as to sell our property we love so much in Estonia. The price adjusted for this lovely season, the encounter is amazing. We successfully sell it with notary document finished in 2 weeks! Thanks God for all the encounters that bring this deal into truth, win win as well, with all timely and lucky factors. Compared with all the pictures, related notary services and interpreter arrangement I had for the selling of properties against other units in the market, I am so glad that we meet and the care taken by Mr Caspar Lääne throughout the process. He did excellent job, though luck counted, so that the buyer appeared immediately liked wind the next day and all steps went quickly smooth eventually. I could say I could never forget such dream-like sale.
