I am trying to get money back for corrupted memory I’ve bought some time ago. They took my memory on a guarantee case and since than about two months passed, they refuse to give money back or provide any information. I regularly visit they offline in the store, they have no idea what’s going on. It’s very sad since they only official distributors for some GPU brands. I suspect they just want to execute simple scam, so I need an advice about possible legal actions to take.Update: finally got the answer, they want to swap one memory plate from similar kit, but different S/N. Still trying to get part/money back.

From what I have experienced the service is quite good here, and the options for computer parts and other various parts are good as well. However I usually only shop my IT related stuff in here, even though you can buy various things for your home from this chain of stores.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE, YOU WILL BE CHEATED!I bought HP Omen 40L computers 2 months ago and one of them stopped working after 20 days. I took it to the Ulemiste store because they took care of delivering it to HP support.They kept me waiting 1 month. They said it was the motherboard and that they would change it. You have to insist for them to give you an answer.At the end, after a month, they tell me that it is already repaired and that I can pick it up. I take it and connect it and I see that the equipment is exactly the same as how I delivered it, it had not been repaired and they had not even touched it. Had the same error.I write to them and they tell me that they took it to the official service and that it was repaired. ABSOLUTE LIE! They tell me to take him back, hahahahaha, to laugh at others.I had bought 2 HP computers and some accessories and we were planning to buy at least 6 more computers here. Good thing we didn't!If you want to go through the same thing, don't even think about buying in any ARVUTITARK store!PS: I'm not the only one, you just have to read all the negative reviews here and on other sites, and there are many customers with similar problems

Klienditeenindus annab soovida. Tellisin endale e-poest arvuti jaoks bluetooth adapteri. Nädal peale tellimuse edastamist tuli mulle kiri, et antud toode pole enam saadaval. Pakuti välja, et Arvutitark võib raha tagasi kanda kontole. Kuna mul seda adapterit oli väga vaja saatsin neile meili samal päeval, et palun pakkuge välja asendust. Vastust ei tulnud. Saatsin uue meili 5 päeva hiljem. Vastust ei tulnud ka selle meili peale. Seega 2 nädalat hiljem esialgse kirja saatmisest saatsin meili kus nõudsin oma raha tagasi. Järjekordselt mitte ühtki vastust.Lõpuks olin juba nii tüdinenud nende käitumisest, et helistasin ja uurisin, milles jama. Selle peale vastati, et makse on suunatud raamatupidajatele edastamiseks. Miks ei suudeta ühelegi kliendi meilile vastata ja anda märku, et probleemiga tegeletakse? Väga kehv kogemus. Ei soovita!
