I strictly don't recommend this company, they keep hold of my 773 Euro for a month now. Their only communication is that they keep replying one same email all the time. I keep sending them all required documents about my business but they do nothing to solve the situation.

I also have the same problem that they have blocked the app for no reason and it won't open again. no help can be obtained by email, it is simply ignored.it seems that they are simply trying to entice customers to use the app in order to close their accounts later and empty their money.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

It is terrible company with terrible services. They published new Fees Terms updated today and the next day they sold your assets as they wanted, no matter you agreed with their new service terms or not. They didn't give you time in advance to terminate their service. They just want to scam users money.

I have had my account block for no reason no one informed me that my account would be block i have other crypto accounts and i decided to move money from my other accounts to my change account and without notice iam blocked and no communication this is verry unprofessional i have send messages and got no answer
