My favourite clinic in Tallinn city centre.And the staff is SO friendly and smiling!

Had a booking for the 15th of april. I got an email with the instructions to call when im in front of the house and they will tell me when to come up the stairs. When i arrived (5 min before the appointment), i called. Nobody awnsered. I waited for 30 mintes and called several times. No awnser. Finally i decided to go upstairs and knock. I rang the bell, i knoked and still no awnser. I had to leave and find another clinic last minute that costed 2 times more and almost made me miss my flight. I understand that the 15th is an holiday, but the time i selected was available on the website and i also got a confirmation for the booking. Very unprofessional.

Ma ei ole kindel, et tegemist on päris kliinikuga, sest töötajad on seal kaunid nagu modellikoolist värvatud. Aga jutt oli professionaalne, protseduurid tehti pädevalt ja elus olen ka siiamaani... . Nii et mõlemad pöidlad kiiruse, kvaliteedi ja õhkkonna eest.

Väga meeldiv kogemus! Arstid on professionaalsed, kliinik on puhas ja ilus. Uuriti korralikumalt läbi kui mõnes suuremas haiglas. Sain ka kohapeal kohe silmaarsti kontrollis käia!

One of my worst ever experience

Pathetic clinic, no professionalism nothing.Had an appointment for Covid test (remember this is the most expensive testing point in Tallinn). Appointment was booked for 13.05 and had to stand in a huge queue for half an hour just because they have booked several other peoples appointment at the same time. Never ever try this clinic and always look for other ones. You will have more chance of getting covid in squeezed queue.

Ситуация такая, надо было сдать тест на корону, прислали маил приходите к 16" оказалось что ещё у 5ых человек номерок к 16
